You own client relationships
You are on the calls, you set the strategy, you present the results. Nobody translates your thinking into a slide for someone else to deliver badly.
We are small on purpose. That means no timesheet theatre, no pitching work you will never touch, and no layer of account managers relaying your recommendations to a client in a diluted form. You talk to the client, you build the thing, you own the result.
An honest account rather than a list of perks. If this reads as appealing, we would like to hear from you.
You are on the calls, you set the strategy, you present the results. Nobody translates your thinking into a slide for someone else to deliver badly.
You work on a handful of accounts properly rather than twenty superficially. Doing good work is the strategy, so we protect the conditions that make it possible.
US and Indian clients across ecommerce, B2B and services, which means real localisation problems — payment rails, language, festival seasonality — and categories most agencies never touch.
We care what shipped and what it produced. No hour tracking, no presence theatre, no meetings that should have been a message.
We do not always have a live vacancy in each. We do always read a good application, and we keep strong ones on file for when the next one opens.
Workflow automation, AI agents for WhatsApp and voice, and business intelligence. You build systems that remove manual work and put real numbers in front of decisions.
See the serviceBusiness websites, SaaS sites, ecommerce stores and custom web applications on Shopify, Webflow, Next.js and beyond. You care about Core Web Vitals, semantic markup and a CMS a non-technical client can actually run.
See the serviceStore conversion, ecommerce marketing and analytics. You read a funnel the way an accountant reads a ledger, and you ship experiments that move revenue per visitor.
See the serviceNo unpaid spec work, no eight-round gauntlet, and we tell you where you stand at every stage.
Send an applicationSend your work and a short note on which discipline you are applying for. Portfolio, GitHub, accounts you have run or content you have written all count more than a formatted CV.
Thirty minutes on what you have built, how you work, and what you want next. We answer your questions about the work and the money honestly in this call rather than deferring them.
A small, real, paid piece of work in your discipline, scoped to a few hours. We pay for it whether or not we make an offer, because asking for free labour to prove you deserve a job is indefensible.
A decision within a week of the trial, with clear scope, rate and start date. If it is a no, we tell you why in enough detail to be useful.
It varies, and we would rather you apply than guess. If there is no live vacancy in your discipline we say so directly instead of leaving you waiting, and we keep strong applications on file for the next opening.
Both exist depending on the role and where you are based. We are direct about which one a given position is, along with the rate, before the intro call rather than after three rounds.
You need meaningful overlap with either US business hours or IST, depending on which client base the role serves. Beyond that we do not care where you are.
Not for every role, but Hindi or another Indian language is a real advantage for automation and ecommerce positions that serve Indian clients, since we build and write in the customer’s language rather than translating from English.
Rarely, and honestly. Our model puts people directly in front of clients from week one, which is a difficult place to learn the fundamentals. If you are early in your career we would rather tell you that than hire you into a role that will not work.
Send your work and a short note on which discipline you are applying for. We read every application ourselves and reply either way.
