We work as a distributed team covering US business hours for US clients and IST hours for Indian clients. Calls are booked in your time zone, not ours.
Projects are fixed scope and fixed fee. Ongoing services are monthly retainers with thirty days notice and no long-term lock-in. You get a firm number before any work starts.
Yes, on the specialisms that are expensive to keep in-house, typically development, automation and CRO. We work under your brand and to your process when that is what the arrangement calls for.
